SCAM! – When you try to set up this product you get an error message and a phone number. “Tech support” proceeds to access your computer, shows you all this malware supposedly on your computer, then tries to bully you into purchasing their software to eliminate it because they tell you they can’t proceed with setup until you do. He even told me I couldn’t use PayPal because it wasn’t secure! Then I look it up and supposedly this company is well known for this very scam. Steer clear….
