Netgear garbage – This is garbage, I have gotten customer support on phone just to be hung up on. No help at all. no call back at all. Even thou they took callback number. I was not nasty at all both Amason and Netgear failed to care that I spent over 600 dollars for something that quits everytime I am in the middle of something and not one wants to talk about it so I want my money back so I can get something that works.

AT&T’s names on this item list five times made for AT&T they say it’s not compatible with AT&T – AT&T said it was not compatible with their Sim. They could not activate it. Whole thing was a waste of time I spoke with 10 people telling me how to use this thing what it was used for. It’s got AT&T’s name all over it but yet it’s not theirs it’s not compatible waste of time And money

Speed is not as advertised – I currently have an older LTE Nighthawk and a much newer Nighthawk M5 hot spot. I’ve owned the old LTE 4G hotspot for several years and it still functions very well. I upgraded to a new Nighthawk M5 5200 a few months ago for the advertised 5G speed jump. The M5 MR5200 Nighthawk did not
