    Support terrible – Support hard to contact

    Don’t waste your time – Absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time or money. Installation instructions are nonexistent, as is tech support. When I did finally get to speak to someone, he was horribly arrogant and non responsive. I sent it back after two weeks of trying to get it to work.

    Good simple router, not a complete VPN solution – It handles the FiOS 200Mbps internet fine, has an easy to use dashboard.
