Works well but forms a second wifi network as opposed to an extension of existing one – I enjoy this product as it allows extended wifi range to my basement however it is difficult to sync smart-home devices as it requires you to sync them to a unique wifi signal from your existing one. Overall satisfied however

Worked great but the stoped working! – lmk if anyone else had this issue, pls? – Our Wi-Fi never really worked well in our basement and backyard area so we looked to get a Wi-Fi extender. We settled on this one, and why not for a great price and high rating reviews. We received our Amazon package and I was the most excited to finally have strong enough Wi-Fi in our backyard, i could finally work on my laptop from my backyard terrace. I was happy with the installation, the instructions were easy to follow… and just like that we had a stronger Wi-Fi connection. However this lasted about a week or two. The other night I was not having a good connection and when I looked at my Wi-Fi settings I noticed I was no longer connected to the extender and the extender had reset to factory settings. Please let me know if anyone else has experiences similar problems. Thanks.

Plugged it in and it works just like it said it would. I’m using it to extend my WiFi to the garage for a security camera.
