Great Router! – I bought this used and glad I did! Excellent replacement for the cable company router that was bulky and inefficient. I love the sleek look of this router and, although I am not tech savvy, instructions were clear and setup was easy. You won’t regret buying this router–new or used!

“Like New” – I’ll take a refurb like this every time! – Excellent product. With the phone app it took only 15 minutes to install and configure. Wireless speed test from my laptop connected to the Suddenlink router was 97 mbps – after connecting to the TP router speed went up to 256 mbps. I changed the name and password to reflect the previous settings on the suddenlink router and every device connected in less that 3 minutes. Even carrying the load of 11 cameras, 2 phones, 2 laptops, 2 TVs, 1 garage door and the security alarm – tested still over 250 mbps. This unit can handle the load! I did not rate tech support as I did not need it. Use the free app from TP – setup is a snap.

Works better than supposedly faster models – A version 3.6 AX21 arrived quickly in a brown box in like new condition, factory reset and ready to be set up. Scanning the QR code on he bottom of the router to join the network was easy enough, then my phone prompted me to enter the setup page without having to bother to download an app – I like that TP-Link makes it apparent the Tether app is available but not necessary for use. Setup was pretty painless and uneventful – reset modem (important step, I have found), plug in router and then proceed to go through setup.
