– Prior to ordering I read the reviews. Overall most people seemed to be satisfied with the router and I was hopeful it would work great for me. Unfortunately the router only worked reliably for about 3 weeks. After that I had to keep resetting – sometimes multiple times a day, other times it would go a day or so without needing to be reset. This was the main negative comment I’d read to purchasing but I’d been hopeful I’d get one of the ‘good’ ones – not the case. Fortunately I bought this router while Amazon had their extended Xmas return time and was able to get a full refund. Don’t recommend.

Decent Router – Not super savvy on wifi routers but the price on this one feels like it is worth it. I have had this router for about 2 years now and haven’t really had any issues with the router itself. I mean it isn’t ideal if you have a 2 story house. The signal doesn’t travel through walls the best, I get better signal when I leave the door to the room open. Works fine on the 1st floor though. Really good option for a 1 story house. I can’t personally recommend for a 2 story house but it isn’t unusable in one, just not Ideal.

Very powerful wifi router. – Before I get into my review I want to say that I know a lot about internet and wifi equipment.I have 8 devices connected to my network. Now I will start my review. I purchased a wifi 6 router that the company rockspace made. Now I did like their wifi 5 home mesh system. I still have that product sitting in my closet. So far, so good – First, a general rant about what it takes to install a new router. If I had my head on straight I would have realized there is more than just plugging the thing in and it broadcasting a signal. I’m way down the list when it comes to what I have connected but it was a pain to get everything up and running again. Phones, computers, iPad, Echo, smart plugs, garage door openers. The worst was the range extender – which I’d thought I wouldn’t need – but that’s not this device’s fault. In general each item on it’s own was not too difficult using the WPS button but some needed to have the device code entered (you select them, one for each band, just like a password for everything else we have these days) so am glad I selected a relatively straightforward one, unlike the 16 digit (letters & numbers) I was stuck with for my previous router.
