Great update to Sonicwall product line – We have used Sonicwall products for 15+ years, and this is another great product. Comes with firmware 7.0, so it looks totally different than the previous versions. Good hardware for the price, will be buying more in the future.

For Tech support for this device, you are told to read their documentation – After submitting a simple question where I had found an apparent error in one of their KBs, I was told that my tech support was their documentation. To get support from a person I’d have to pay for a one year maintenance agreement. This is a fairly complex piece of gear, and it’s unlikely that many people will be able to set it up completely without needing to ask at least one question. My question was that the setting I needed to access was available at a well described place in the KB, only the documentation was wrong. There was no such place by that name.
