A road warrior’s lifesaver! – I was going on a month long road trip back in March and needed Internet access for work. My mobile phone was not sufficient enough to work as a hotspot. The Roam Wi-Fi was indispensable to connect and get my work done in some really rural areas in Texas. I have been traveling for work and just keep this in my backpack while commuting. I have not had any issues with overheating. This Roam Wi-Fi has been stable and durable for the last 9 months of constant use. I highly recommend!

A nice feature to have when you’re working overnights and taking college courses as well. – This device is nice to have, for the simple fact that the WiFi where I work at is disabled, due to someone watching the Tom Cruise Top Gun: Maverick movie illegally a few months back. Paramount got wind of it, and the place I work at disabled the WiFi.

This uses AT&T so I got my extended coverage. Driving from Sacramento California to Austin Texas last April showed that I made a good choice. The battery lasted at least 10 hours and gave me coverage almost every where I went. It is easy to use and smaller than a cell phone. I look forward to using it in Italy.

Think carefully before buying – I tried using it as a temporary replacement for internet in my small business… That didn’t work like I’d hope. The speed never got close the 150 Mbps it was advertising.. And it took too many times restarting the device to get it to work properly. It did however, once it began working, allow up to 5 devices to connect simultaneously and not once did I notice a lag.
