      WORK GREAT – WORK GREAT AND AM USING THEM WITH THE AVAYA IP GIG PHONES, PREDICTABLE AND HELD UP GREAT,

      Won’t do 802.3at (POE+) but works at 802.3af just fine. – Perhaps it works with some equipment and not others or I’m misunderstanding the spec, but I don’t think so. Tested with 5+ 802.3at devices, was only ever able to pull 802.3af POE on the couple that supported it.
