Random Reboots – To give you a quick background. I run my own IT business and have installed 100s of WAPs for clients, so I’m very familiar with product testing and installation.

Does not support WPA – I purchased to fill my wireles coverage in my house. I already have 2 Netgear WAC505.

Limited channels – This is a decent AP for light usage but nothing to be impressed with. I compared it to my 10 year old AirPort Extreme Gen 5:

Solid and Reliable – Easy to configure and very robust. Plenty of features, and great performance. The design is sleek, the device itself is pretty light, gets pretty hot during use. I did have issues mixing this AP with other Netgear APs but honestly, it was overkill. I was actually able to replace 2 AP on the same floor with this device and still resulted in better range and speed. I did disable client limits and decided to go POE. Wifi Signal is great… Didn’t need Tech Support so to me that is the best support; you create products that are user-friendly and easy to use requiring no support. The GUI is very clean and informative, with many tips for users that may not know what all the options mean/do.

Nice AP but weak signal – I bought it to replace nighthawk X6 wifi AP. I am disappointed with signal strength. Nighthawk had a much better coverage.
