Worked right out of the box – I have purchased and tested 8 of these. Easy to use. My application required no set up at all. Short range due to the internal antenna, 300 feet in the open. An excellent value. Took a bit of time to find information on changing the parameters. Downside, zero documentation. Would be useful to at least throw in a piece of paper with the URL for the setup information.
