Would not stay connected. – Setup was really easy as they said but kept disconnecting.. It would not stay connected even when my laptop was brought in close to it. No option for a replacement at the black Friday price. So I returned it.

Not Easy to Setup – Once you get it to work, it’s amazingly great. With that said, it’s not easy to set up. The instructions that come with it don’t work, and when I communicated with tech support, they acknowledged that the youtube video and shipped instructions didn’t work. Their only customer support is digital. You can’t talk to a human being. I strongly recommend having two computers working on two different routers at the same time to get it to work. Once I did that, it allowed me to take the steps they recommend (not on their router) and install them on the computer that was on their router. If it wasn’t to challenging to make work, I would give it a five.

gateway is 192.168.132.1. If you change to 192.168.1.1 it doesnt work properly after daily reboot – The hard way I learned to not change the default gateway IP from 192.168.132.1 to 192.168.1.1 is the fact that after adding some number of devices (~12) this router will hardly accept reconnections. I had to factory reset, restart it, and re-add most devices to the No-VPN group to avoid issues with disconnect-reconnect e.g Ring Camera, myQ Garage Door Opener, and Rheem Water Boiler, Alexa Echo Dot.
