Great, inexpensive product but definitely does the job! – Great product. Extends WiFi signal beautifully. Not extremely large or too thick but does make it a bit difficult to use second plug in on outlet but so worth it. This was easy to set up and works better than expected love the 2 Ethernet ports. Exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

Wifi is weak. – Does not work as expected. Device cannot penetrate wall to next room. I moved the BlueShadow AC1200 device 12FT from my wifi router, with one wall in between. The device bounces back between yellow and red for the wifi route signal strength LED. Devices using this as AP, often loses connection. Four Antennas makes it seem like it can send and receive wifi signal better, but it does not. I get better connection from devices connecting directly to my wifi router.

Description is incorrect, very basic repeater – I currently use a netgear repeater to run a tivo mini on ethernet port on another room away from my main router. Recently got a new TV and it didn’t come with 5G wireless, so I decided to upgrade my small netgear repeater to this unit because it has 2 ethernet ports, so I could plug in the tivo mini and my TV and have then both connected at high speed. The description on this page says “gigabyte ethernet port” but when I tested this unit I could only get max speed of around 95mbps. My netgear gets 200+mbps, then I read in the box that it says 2 x 100 Lan ports! So that explains it. The ethernet ports on this unit max out at 100mbps which is very slow, even if this unit has dual bands and can theoretically can do 1200mbps wirelessly, your ethernet ports only go up to 100mbps. This is the dumbest thing you can do to a newer high speed repeater. At least you do have 2 ethernet ports.
