Ease??? OMG YES – I was apprehensive of purchasing a WiFi extender. I’ve read more comments and reviews than I care to in searching for one that would help me with an issue of getting signal to a spot in our new home. This came today after ordering it. OMG, how ease can it be to set up a piece of TECH? I’ve worked in IT for…well, ever it seems, and have hardly ever had something setup so easy. It’s given me the connectivity I needed, I haven’t tested speed, but hey, you’re extending your WiFi with an extender, you will loose some speed in the link, that’s a given. If you’re looking for a WiFi extender that works well and is easy to setup, THIS is a good….really good choice. I didn’t evaluate Tech Support as it WAS NOT NEEDED at all.

Easy to install & excellent customer service – We were struck by lightning. my eeros and modem fried. I didn’t want to spend $400+ again so i purchased this cheaper one w/ no monthly fee… it does not, however, boost your speed at all like the eeros did. So, if you have slow internet (we have snail speeds) you should spend the extra money for the eeros. However, if you have a gig or high speed; you should be very happy with your purchase.

Wi-Fi signal definitely extended to outside my home . – Very easy to install definitely extended the range to outside my home. Will definitely improve distance if you have a good Wi-Fi connection to your supplier

Easy set up – It doesn’t seem to work very strong for my son who has a room on the second floor. The first floor is fine and our outside decks are okay.

WIFI EXTENDER – This extender is great; it was so easy to install. My network is extended over 3 floors plus available outside as well. We live by the sea so we are able to connect while we are fishing or at the beach.

Location of extender beyond 40 feet likely will not interfere with function. – Based on instructions, I initially located the device about25 feet from our router. I later discovered that it worked well 50 to 60 feet from the router. Obviously, the ability to locate the extender over 40 feet from the router is likely dependent on the model of router one has, but I suspect it would be quite common to have the extender work well with it being located beyond 40 feet from the router.
