Very good Hotspot. UI is not very user friendly and … – Very good Hotspot. UI is not very user friendly and took some time to figure out there are some minor limitation but works great.

It is a sad in world in which this product represents the only … – It is a sad in world in which this product represents the only option if you run a cafe that is very busy and want to issue WiFi passwords to paying clients. While I have decent knowledge of a few main brands of routers, this one is simply so poorly made and the interface so convoluted that it is impossible to make it work. Previous posts that stated that one needs a computer science degree to get it going are correct. Irony is that I tried to replace a router from the same company attached to their (awful) thermal printer for wifi passwords. At least that one is manageable and I had it working for about a year…

Hard to get support – If you ever have to call Zyxel for support for this, (and you almost certainly will, since their GUI is object-oriented, and so probably different from anything else you’ve ever seen), be prepared to wait a long, long time. The support line has a permanent “we are currently experiencing longer than normal call volume” announcement. By permanent, I mean I have heard it ever time I’ve called, and I’ve called lots of times, sometimes the minute they open.

this is not good product not working properly they not have terms and … – this is not good product not working properly they not have terms and condition page in product. Not good for business use. GSI-9 is lot better than this product
