Great for gaming, tested with Wii U and Nintendo Switch… – I bought this when I first realized how ineffective the wifi performance is for the Nintendo Switch. My router is on the other side of the house and even though my Wii U could play games on it just fine, the Switch could barley attach to it.I tested with Smash for Wii U since that game is like a magnifying glass for lag. I was concerned that adding a point between the device and the router would affect response time, but I actually seem to have fewer laggy games now. It worked great for the Splatoon 2 beta on the Switch as well, so it’s fulfilled exactly what I got it for.nksirtfghbbvgr

He always complained the wifi in the home did not reach outdoors where he spends most of his time working on cars. Their router is roughly 30 ft from the wifi range extender so we tested the limits. We first placed the extender in their dining room which was 12-13 ft away from the router in their bedroom. We only got 1 bar when we headed to his garage which is then 26 ft from the dining room. So I decided to move the extender into their second garage which shares a wall with his primary garage. The signal increased to all bars and he was able to comfortably use wifi in his garage while he reviews vehicle schematics & service manuals. Excellent product – A must have for extending your wifi!!… – I had terrible wifi reception in my bedroom. I’d have five bars in the front of the house but in my bedroom/bathroom at the back of the house I had one, maybe two bars at most. I don’t have cable tv so all my entertainment/news/internet is done over wifi. This product is amazing! Very easy to install, took less than five minutes start to finish and now I have five bars in my bed/bath all the time! If you need an extender I highly recommend this one. It is fantastic.
