Used and missing SIM – This unit came today and is apparently used or was a previous return from someone else. Unit has scratches like someone couldn’t figure out how to get the cover open. The SIM is missing and the SIM slot filler card is also missing. We’ll see if it works or not?

Rubberized coating sticky – The rubberized coating turned to goo in the span of a couple months, removing it was nearly impossible and left the surface looking like crap and still sticky. The modem function is OK, using with a PepWave SOHO router, takes a long time to connect LTE.

Reliability Issue – We have the same card in the same application with no problems. This card disconnects itself and has to be reconnected manually which defeats the purpose. It just isn’t reliable.

Malfunction – The device is malfunctioning. Laptop is unable to read. When it does read it then keeps getting connected and disconnected. I have another device so is not a problem on my laptop’s sub port is a problem with the port on the device. I put it on a certain angle so it could read it but I have to be very careful on not moving the laptop when typing because it will stop reading it
