A Small C Hub – This gets its power from your computer’s “C” USB port. Then it only gives you 1 “C” port in return and the rest are USB 2.0 A style ports. Most computers tend to have one or maybr 2 C ports, so why give up one to get only one back. Getting those 2.0 ports in today’s situation is useless. Who wants all those slow 2.0 ports anyway. Everything is 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, or 3.2 2×2 with USB 4.0 already coming out. Unless you have an old computer with USB 2.0 this does you no good, but then again an old computer like that won’t have USB C port anyway.

USB-C Connector – Bear in mind that this connects to your PC with a USB-C connector. The ability to expand your USB ports is very nice but these are USB-2 ports and only 1 USB-3 port. In some cases, the slower ports are ok but ten you are going backwards and will lose some speed for transfers.

Pretty much just what you expect – Light weight which makes it move around as you plug something in. Plan on using two hands. Otherwise it’s just what you need for an unpowered USB hub. If you need to plug in something that’s power hungry like an external hard drive find a hub with external power.

Not bad for the price but note it’s USB-C – Bought this not realizing it was usb-c. Thought it had an adapter. However it’s a really nice lightweight hub with a ton of usb A ports. Can’t use it for what I purchased it for without an adapter, but very happy with this design. Plan on using this to light an LED display when my adapter comes in.

Great to expand USB ports – This USB hub is exactly what I wanted and needed. I prefer wired connections while gaming and right now I only have a laptop which only has 2 USB 2.0/3.0 ports, but I needed to plug in my mouse, keyboard, and mic. Yes this is all but 1 USB 2.0 with the one being 3.0 which are clearly labelled. Also, being powered by USB type C is fine. I had no issues. Everything worked out of the box, and I don’t plan on transferring files or similar from external media. Just use this for my peripherals.

Okay. – USB 2.0 ports shouldn’t be painted blue, my product came with blue paint drops on the outter shell and they peeled right off. But only USB 3.0 ports should be blue, the 2.0 ones shouldnt be painted blue to make it look nice in my opinion as this can be confusing.
