great design, and performance, parental control and security not built in!! subscription $$$$ – Love the design of the product. Solid performance. Not happy that features like parental control and security is not built in, rather on subscription basis. should have basic level built in. if you need pro level then subscription.

Great product – With the router provided by internet provider we had dropped Wi-Fi signal and could not even get it in all the rooms in the house, even with extender provided by company. With the netgear router we have signal in all parts of the house and even in the detached workshop. Also we have had no dropped signals . Great product

Excellent wifi router – I bought this Nighthawk AX8 from all the great reviews I read about from researching online. This router is a beast of a router!! I use it mostly for my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone, streaming movies, IPTV and more from my Firestick 4K Max and Roku. It completely and utterly destroys and blows away the Lynksys AC 7500 Max stream that I was previously using. It was very easy and simple to set up! I just let the Nighthawk AX8 decide which frequency bands are best between the 2.4ghz and the two 5ghz frequency bands and it does a phenomenal job. This thing looks the part also, looking like a stealth jet fighter. You can’t go wrong with this router. I highly recommend the Nighthawk AX8 if you are a Firestick or Roku user and love streaming in general. Thank you NETGEAR for an awesome product!!
