Use Google translate in Chrome for website to find software address on card – I HAVE USED THIS MODEM WITH SEVERAL DIFFRENT SOFTWARES PACTWARE AND RADARMASTER WORKS GREAT, Worked as advertised with software, Posted a picture of address to english program, have to send an email to address in program to recieve an activation code for software, that didnt come on blank disk, we will see if it works and how long it takes to get.

Not compatible with all Hart software – This Hart modem is NOT compatible with Siemens PDM Hart software. I purchased a Viator Hart modem that works with Siemens PDM, Endress+Hauser Field Care and Emerson AMS Hart software.

worked with pactware – The disk I received was blank. But windows 10 loaded usb and it work with pactware. I don’t know how you would use it wifi. But for me it was cheap solution.

Non-Functioning – Could not activate software with supplier – I ordered this HART device because of the reviews and the interface software package. The disc that came with the product was blank. I downloaded the documentation offered on the Amazon website page for this product and found the manuals and software. The software will not operate without a registration code from the supplier. I followed the instructions to register the software, but did not receive a reply twice from the email address given in the instructions. I called Amazon tech help, and they could not get any answers because the website is in Chinese. Amazon was gracious and offered a refund immediately. I am returning this non-functional equipment to Amazon.
