Great product – Very reliable and functional way to open and close a garage door opener using a smartphone via wifi. Only drawback being I have to write my own app to make it work.

Device works well but no end-user software provided – I purchased this device to control circuitry, via WIFI (iPhone), that I was constructing for a project. It was easily configured to my home WIFI. That is where the instructions end. There was no mention of an iPhone or Android app that allows you to control the three relays. Finally, I went online and found the iTach website where I downloaded the iTest PC program that at least allows you to hand enter commands to test the relays. It all worked, but I still had no end user software to control the relays from my iPhone. I did more research and found several iPhone universal remote apps that had options for controlling iTach devices. To use these apps would require buying the apps/creation software, learning the system and then I would need to create the remote. Finally, I read the only review (just before mine above) where someone had written a php server app that does just what I need (3 buttons). So, I googled how to turn my Rasberry Pi into a web server, downloaded the php code and it all worked perfectly (took about an hour). Finally, I had an end to end solution. That is what is missing with this product. They provide the back-end, but provide no front-end controlling software. To make this a perfect 5 star product, they should provide a simple iPhone/android app that controls their device. Thanks to the developer who provided the web server php code! That saved my day.

affordable – The iTach wf2cc is great, I am currently using it to open and close my garage door via my iphone. I would have given it 5 stars if it had an API that I could send data to.
