Keeps the Internet alive – We had a problem with the Internet going out every week and we had to reset the router each time. This thing detects if the connection is lost and automatically resets it. It’s awesome because since then, we’ve never lost our connection for more than a minute. You have to be able to understand and read directions very carefully. It’s not simple.

Good construction for the price of the unit – I purchased my 2nd unit (for another location) after using the first one for 2 weeks. That one seemed to work well with no false reboots. I do not plan to use the WiFi app. All settings can be made with a direct connection and the settings appear to be just what I need.

Great if you need frequent resets of your router – Our router needs to be reset every time there’s a storm with electrical activity, which is almost daily where I live. This device resets the router automatically when it doesn’t receive a ping back from the server. Life saver for us, as our security system, cameras and Alexa’s are all connected to the WiFi. The app is easy to install and use… Maybe a little confusing at first but once you understand the optimal settings, it works like a charm. Well worth money.

It works but it can be a pain to setup if you are not network savvy – In our experience, the MAC address printed on the sticker adhered to the back of the unit is the WIRELESS MAC and the wired MAC is like a character different.
