This system was easy to setup and install, configure the raid array(s) and create folders. – Installation was very easy, no hiccups although some of the configuration of the drives and the raid array does take some time. This was not unexpected given the size of the volumes being created and the subsequent raid volumes that are usable as an end result. Overall this is a great NAS system, and even though I have only had it a short time it has been working great. I will come back and add a review once it has been in service for 6 or 8 months to see if anything has changed. Note: I added four more drives to the standard 16tb configuration for a total of 32tb in drives with over 20tb available in the raid array. (the original configuration leaves a little over 10tb to use).

Great product for the price – When I first bought this product I was skeptical after all the reviews. But I must admit setup in a business environment can be alittle tricky (setting up the security services). I’ve had this product for about a month and everything is working fine (receiving system status reports are great).

Just when you thought you were running out of storage space – This NAS comes with 4 bays filled and 4 bays with trays ready to add more. The system is very simple to set up, include the ability to become your own private cloud storage unit and can link with others to create a large capacity storage system.

Once mapped as a network drive on 1000 MbPS network, it is just another drive on all machines working seamlessly on the network. If you are looking at a good file sharing machine even for graphics / CAD files…… this is it!
