Port failure after 10 months – Worked well for 10 months, then the uplink port went bad. I was able to get it going again by removing the device connected to port 1, and then plugging in the uplink cable into port 1 which caused port 1 to automatically start to functioning as an uplink port. Unfortunately I am now down a port because of this workaround. I will eventually have to get another switch before the other ports also start to fail.

Does the job – Worked out of the box with my semi-complex network with multiple POE devices (mostly Unifi). I have deducted one star for the garbage AI watchdog feature, it simply doesn’t work and caused a restart of all my POE devices every 5-20 minutes. Fortunately this can be turned on/off with a switch on the front panel. Would buy again.

Ease of Use – Worked really great. I thought I might have to go in and reprogram all my IP Cameras (14 of them) but did not. They worked just fine as I plugged them in from the old switch that dies to the new one.
