Works, wish they had a POE switch though. – Works nice, used with this brand’s mini industrial ethernet switch mounted both on a DIN rail in the rafter area of my garage. Replaced an old switch that had a faulty noisy fan that didn’t hold up to the dust, temperature, etc.

Industrial Quality POE+ Injector – This POE+ Injector has 2 ports that can accept 12VDC-40VDC up to 60W. The POE ports require an external power supply and can be wired independently from each other. The unit is DIN rail mountable or surface mountable with the included hardware.

Commercial rugged metal housing POE injector ethernet power supply. – When you buy an IP security camera you only have to run an ethernet cord to it, but you need a power injector to plug the ethernet cable into so that the camera will have power to operate. The POE (power over ethernet) injector that comes with the camera, if one comes with the camera, is often a little plastic brick that is not water resistant and will likely not stand up to years of use. The solution is to get a better POE injector…like this one. This POE injector is a good option. It uses industry standards, has a strong metal housing, and will supply between 12 and 48 volts of direct current to your camera or other device. You need to wire in power to the injector yourself, but if you are doing this type of job then you are already aware of that. I’ve used this product for a while without any issues, so I recommend it. 5 stars.
