Works fine on Cisco and Netgear ,Excellent plug and play – Works as expected for my Netgear GC110P and also my CISCO SG-102-24-NA.no issues and no IOS complaints.Just inserted in SFP ports of both mfg switches, connected fiber optic cable, and it was online with no hassle. These are great SFP modules at a fraction of the cost of the modules recommended by each switch mfg. I’m using these SFP plugs to go from my basement (networking room) to my study on my 1Gb system and they work well.
